Morrilton High School Orientation 2026

We've made adjustments to this year's orientation process to better support families by providing the information and resources needed for a successful start to the school year.

This year's changes also reflect new Arkansas Department of Education requirements for LAUNCH, a platform that helps students navigate their educational journey, explore career opportunities, and plan for future success.

During Orientation, Families Will:
1. Complete the registration process.
2. Learn important campus policies and procedures.
3. Set up required LAUNCH accounts for both parents and students.
4. Set up Home Access Center (HAC) accounts to access student grades.
5. Receive school supplies. Students will also have the opportunity to purchase lockers and parking permits.
6. Receive school-issued technology that will be used as needed in the classroom.

Orientation Schedule

Orientation sessions will begin at 5:00 p.m. and end by 6:30 p.m.

Seniors: July 23
Juniors: July 27
Sophomores: July 28
Freshmen: July 30

A parent or guardian must attend orientation with the student on the assigned date.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled orientation, please contact the Morrilton High School office at 501-354-9430 between August 3–7 to schedule an appointment and complete the orientation process before the first day of school. Students must complete all orientation requirements before receiving their class schedule.

Help Speed Up Your Orientation Experience

1. Complete Registration Before You Arrive
Complete your PowerSchool registration using the Snapcode emailed to you.
Complete all required paper forms. Paper packets will be available for pickup in the Morrilton High School front office beginning Thursday, July 9.

Please note: The district observes summer hours through July 31: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

2. Pick Up Your Chromebook Early

July 20 | 2:00–5:00 p.m.
Location: Morrilton High School Library

All outstanding technology balances must be paid before a Chromebook can be issued. Please contact Michelle Moll (ext. 1508) at Morrilton High School to make payment arrangements.

If you pick up your Chromebook early, be sure to bring it with you to orientation, as it will be needed to complete the LAUNCH enrollment process.

Important Reminder

Student schedules will not be released until all orientation requirements have been been completed. This includes registration, required forms, LAUNCH setup, HAC setup, and all other orientation components.

We look forward to welcoming you to Morrilton High School Orientation and helping you prepare for a successful school year!

The South Conway County School District is excited to announce the District has qualified as a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) school district for the 2026-2027 school year.

Through the CEP program, every child enrolled in the South Conway County School District will receive a nutritious breakfast and lunch each school day at no charge, regardless of household income.

This opportunity reflects our commitment to caring for the children and families we are honored to serve. By providing healthy meals to every child, we can help ensure that children begin each school day nourished, focused, and ready to learn while easing the financial burden on families.

At the South Conway County School District, we believe that meeting children's needs goes beyond the classroom. Providing nutritious meals is one more way we demonstrate our commitment to maximizing the safety, learning, and achievement of every child while supporting the well-being of the families we serve.

We are grateful for the opportunity to provide this benefit to every child in our district and look forward to serving our learning community throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

🎓 Did You Know?

One of the smartest ways Morrilton High School students can prepare for their future is by earning concurrent college credit at no cost while still in high school—and it can save families thousands of dollars.

In the Class of 2026:
🎓 11 students graduated with an associate's degree from the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (UACCM) before receiving their high school diploma.

Because of the University of Arkansas System 2+2 Agreement, students who complete an associate's degree at UACCM can transfer to the University of Arkansas or another four-year university within the UA System and continue paying the same affordable tuition rate they paid at UACCM.

In addition, every hour of concurrent credit earned through Morrilton High School is one less college class families have to pay for after graduation. That means students can enter college with a significant head start while reducing the overall cost of earning a bachelor's degree.

At South Conway County School District, we're committed to providing opportunities that help our students succeed in college, careers, and life.

FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR" (¡Inscripción ya abierta! SERVE. CARE. 4 People" (Distrito Escolar del Condado de South Conway | Amar. Servir. Cuidar. Por la gente), concluyendo en la esquina inferior derecha con la proclamación en letras rojas llamativas: "WE ARE DEVIL DOGS!" (¡Somos Devil Dogs!).

An official enrollment announcement graphic from the South Conway County School District features a dark maroon and black background. On the upper left, a large, aggressive illustration of a grey "Devil Dog" bulldog mascot is depicted with sharp teeth, red eyes, and a spiked white collar. To its right, bold white text reads "ENROLLMENT NOW OPEN! FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR," followed by a banner that states "FOR ALL RETURNING STUDENTS." Below the mascot, a short paragraph prompts parents to update their information for a smooth start to the upcoming school year. To the right of this text, a section outlines action steps, including a laptop icon next to the instruction "COMPLETE ENROLLMENT ONLINE TODAY!", a web registration URL inside a clickable pill-shaped button, and a phone icon advising families to contact their child's campus or the District Office for additional information. Running across the lower middle is a row of five icons and text representing the district's core pillars: strong academics, caring teachers and staff, safe and supportive schools, varied opportunities in arts and athletics, and a focus on helping every child succeed. The bottom of the graphic displays the official school district circular crest alongside the text "SOUTH CONWAY COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT | LOVE. SERVE. CARE. 4 People," concluded on the bottom right with the bold red proclamation, "WE ARE DEVIL DOGS!"
