November 8th Calendar of Events:
Phone service has been restored for the South Conway County School District.
Morrilton High School is conducting a lockdown drill this morning on 11/7/23. This only drill.
No other schools are conducting lockdown drills today.
Currently the entire phone system for the South Conway County School District is not working due to a server crash. The phone vendor is working to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Morrilton High School is currently PRACTICING their lockdown procedures. This is only a DRILL.

Seniors heard from Jostens' Chris Harrell today about how to order graduation regalia and announcements. He will be back on Thursday for seniors to place orders. Thank you.
Senior photos are due Friday, November 17th.
Senior recognition ad early bird purchase deadline is December 1st. The final senior recognition ad purchase deadline is February 2nd.

Morrilton High School competed at the Mills Comet Fall Invitational this past weekend. These students worked incredibly hard, and the team placed 2nd overall! Please congratulate these Devil Dogs and wish them luck this weekend as they compete in Dardanelle.

Students from Spanish and ESOL classes were welcomed by Reynolds Performance Hall Director, Ms. Amanda Horton and Director of Marketing and Finance, Mrs. Wendy Sparks during the performance of the Orquesta Folclorico Nacional de Mexico at UCA.

Members of the MHS Beta Club helped place 500 flags on Veterans graves today.
Congratulations to Mrs. Manes on being awarded the Carrie Taylor Distinguished Director of the Year award for High School. This is her second time to achieve this award. Mr. Manes was able to present this award to her at the Senior High All Region Choir Concert!!
Congratulations to Morrilton 9th grade Quiz Bowl for winning 1st place in the Greenwood Quiz Bowl Tournament!
Congratulations to the MHS Boys Basketball team for winning the Outstanding Youth Group Award from the Prevention Professionals of Arkansas.
Congratulations Luke Carner for being named one of the Youth Citizens of the Year by the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce.
