Announcements for August 22, 2023
For lunch today: Spaghetti w/ meat sauce, seasoned green beans, garlic toast, fresh fruit and milk. Additional options of Yogurt boat or Pizza.
- For breakfast tomorrow: Hashbrowns w/ sausage, fruit cup, juice/milk
- There will be an MPowerment club meeting today and after school in room 106. Please feel free to stop.
- School pictures are Wednesday, August 30th. The picture order form is due at the time your picture is taken. Order forms will be handed directly to the photographer.
- The Conway County Fair Talent Contest will be accepting entries until 5 p.m., August 24th. Vocal, instrumental, dance and variety acts are welcome to enter in all ages. For further information checkout the website: ConwayCountyFair.com.
- Quiz bowl - 9th Grade quiz bowl will practice Friday 3:30-4:30 in Room 110. If you are interested--even if you have never played quiz bowl before--come Friday, enjoy some pizza, and try it out!
- Tennis- Has a game today against Lonoke and Joe T Robinson at 3:30 pm at the city park and there will be no practice this week.
- Volleyball- Our volleyball team will have a game today at Rogers Heritage and will need to be let out early at 1:00.
- Football- JFB has a game today at Alma and will need to be released after the 7th period. Friday's game day theme will be a White Out. We will have a pep rally during DDD and the game will be at Russellville starting at 7:00.
- The Devil Dog Debate Club will have their first meeting of the year tomorrow after school in room 107 from 3:30-4:30. Come see how you can compete this year, be a part of a club that can teach you lifelong communication and argumentation skills, and have fun!
- If you are interested in joining the Senior High Beta Club, please sign up in the Library this week.
