Announcements for August 30, 2023
For lunch today: Cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, pickle, tossed salad, seasoned carrots, fresh fruit and milk. Additional options of Yogurt boat or Pizza.
- For breakfast tomorrow: Sausage roll up, fresh fruit and milk.
- There will be an MPowerment meeting on this Friday, September 1st, after school in room 106.
- Senior composite photos will be taken on Monday, September 11th. A copy of the picture order form has been sent via email and handed out during advisory. Payment plans are available for pictures. There is a $10 sitting fee. If you are unable to pay the sitting fee, contact Ms. Rose or Mr. Pinion so they can make arrangements for you.
- Football- Friday's football game will be a home game versus Clarksville and the game day theme will be WORK ZONE. Also the football team is selling air fresheners for your car. If you would like one, they are being sold at the front desk.
- Volleyball- JVB will have a game today versus Vilonia at 4. Please release 9th grade volleyball at 2:30 today for a game.
- Calling all artists! Have you crafted any exceptional art pieces that you'd like to showcase at the Conway County Fair? Whether or not you're currently enrolled in an art class, this is your chance to shine. Don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity to share your creative talents. To participate, simply bring your masterpieces to Mrs. Bates in room 308 for registration and submission. Remember, the deadline for submitting your artwork is August 30th. Don't let this chance to display your creativity pass you by!
- Calling all students! Devil Dog Speech and Debate will be hosting a Family Friendly Karaoke night this Thursday, August 31st, from 5 pm-7 pm in the MHS cafeteria. This will happen once a month on the last Thursday of every month this school year. Entry is $1 and concessions will be sold. Come sing or watch and have a great time!
- There will be a Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) meeting on Thursday morning at 7:30 in room 136.
