Announcements for September 25, 2023
For lunch today: Crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickles, steamed broccoli, baked chips, fresh fruit and milk.
- For breakfast tomorrow: Breakfast pizza, fresh fruit and juice/milk.
- Football - We will have a football game Friday against Watson Chapel at 7. The theme for the game is Granny Day.
- Volleyball- JRVB has a game today at Greenbrier at 4:30.
- Students, you have to sign in every time you enter the building no matter what period you come in. You also have to sign out whenever leaving the building.
- Sept 27th, See you at the pole—7:30 a.m.
- If you plan on bringing someone to the Homecoming Dance next Friday that is not a current MHS student, they must meet the following requirements:
- * at least a 9th grader, but no older than 20.
- * have a visitor form signed and returned to the office by Thursday, October 5.
- Homecoming Dance guidelines:
- * Time/Location - 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm @ the MHS Cafeteria
- * Cost $5.00 per person
- * All attendees are subject to the rules and regulations of Morrilton High School including, but not limited to those listed in our handbook.
- * No student or guest will be allowed to leave and come back once they have entered the cafeteria.
- Congratulations to the 9th grade quiz bowl team for placing 3rd at the Bryant Hornet's Invitational. Also, congratulations to Micah Autrey who was awarded Tournament MVP.
- Devil Dogs: let your voice be heard! Come out to Karaoke Night this Thursday the 28th from 5 pm-7 pm hosted by the Speech and Debate team for some fundraising, food, and fun! Entry is $1.
- Congratulations to our Thespian of the Week, Kiley Viveiros. Thank you for being a leader and mentor for our theater.
