The Devil Dog Speech and Debate team hosted the opening tournament of the River Valley Speech and Debate League this past weekend. Last year, 5 MHS students competed at this tournament and one placed. This year, 22 MHS students competed and 10 students placed! Many of these 10 placed in multiple events! We are thankful for our admin's support of this new program, anyone who helped judge and run the tournament, and our speech and debate parents. Our next tournament is this weekend at Conway High School. Go Devil Dogs!
