Announcements for September 29, 2023
For lunch today: Breaded mozzarella cheese sticks, tossed salad with ranch, seasoned corn, fresh fruit and milk.
- For breakfast on Monday: Sausage biscuit, fresh fruit and juice/milk.
- Football - We will have a football game today against Watson Chapel at 7. The theme for the game is Granny Day.
- If you plan on bringing someone to the Homecoming Dance next Friday that is not a current MHS student, they must meet the following requirements:
- at least a 9th grader, but no older than 20.
- have a visitor form signed and returned to the office by Thursday, October 5.
- Homecoming Dance guidelines:
- * Time/Location - 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm @ the MHS Cafeteria
- * Cost $5.00 per person at the door.
- * All attendees are subject to the rules and regulations of Morrilton High School including, but not limited to those listed in our handbook.
- * No student or guest will be allowed to leave and come back once they have entered the cafeteria.
- There will be auditions for the fall play, Eurydice, October 2 from 4-7 and October 3 from 4-6. If you are interested in auditioning, please contact Ms. Hooten so you can fill out an audition form.
- Congratulations to our Thespian of the Week, Kiley Viveiros. Thank you for being a leader and mentor for our theater.
- FBLA dues of $13 should be turned in by October 4 to Mrs. Halbrook in room 131.
- The MHS flu clinic will be on Tuesday October 10. Flu forms will go out during advisory classes. Additional copies will be available in the nurse's office. Please turn in all signed forms to the nurse prior to the clinic. There are also Spanish forms for any students who need them.
