Announcements for October 17, 2023

 For lunch today: Chicken noodle soup, seasoned broccoli, tossed salad with ranch, cheesy bread stick, fresh fruit and milk. Another option is pizza.

  • For breakfast for tomorrow: Ham, egg & cheese bar, graham crackers, fresh fruit and juice/milk.
  • Football -  We will have a football game this Friday against Pine Bluff at 7. The theme is Pink out.
  • Morrilton Bands Mattress Sale on Saturday, October 28th, 10 am - 5 pm, in the high school cafeteria! Invite someone and find a band member to help them on their band trips, fees, etc.
  • Are you interested in going to Europe? Mrs. Vickers is hosting a Europe trip to Paris, Germany, and Switzerland in June 2026. All 9th and 10th graders that are interested can attend the parent information meeting in the Cafeteria on Tuesday, October 17th, at 7 pm. Please email Mrs. Vickers for questions!
  • Conway Co Harvest of Hope food Drive is going on NOW. Please bring boxed macaroni and cheese to your 3rd period class. The class that brings the most by Oct 30 will get a classroom Halloween party on Tues, Oct 31!!!  Please bring boxes of Macaroni and Cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Here's your chance to win a jar of candy! Just come into the library and check out or renew a book, pay overdue fines, or return/pay for a lost book, and you can guess how much candy is in the jar. The person who guesses the closest will win the jar of candy on Oct. 31.
  • Congratulations to Trinity Bell, Bailey Urie, Gracie Moll, Raillyn Garlington, Jackson Bowles, Henry Gannaway, Jacobi French, Xavier Walls, Zakiyah Ausler-Ferguson, Cali Orsbun, Kaily Gentry, Elizabeth Morehead, and Kay Lee Chism for making All-Region Choir this past weekend.
  • Congratulations to the MHS Band for earning Superior Ratings at the Glen Rose Marching Contest.
  • Congratulations to Calleigh Rogers for earning 4th place in wethers at the State Fair.
  • Report cards go out on Friday through your English classes. If you don't have an English class on campus, you will be able to pick up your report card in the counselor' office.
