Announcements for October 19, 2023

 For lunch today: Beef steak patty with gravy, mashed potatoes, seasoned carrots, whole wheat roll, fresh fruit and milk. Another option is pizza.

  • For breakfast for tomorrow: French toast sticks with syrup, fresh fruit and juice/milk.
  • Football -  We will have a football game tomorrow against Pine Bluff at 7. The theme is Pink out.
  • Morrilton Bands Mattress Sale on Saturday, October 28th, 10 am - 5 pm, in the high school cafeteria! Invite someone and find a band member to help them on their band trips, fees, etc.
  • Conway Co Harvest of Hope Food Drive is going on NOW. Please bring boxed macaroni and cheese to your 3rd period class and we will waive up to $1.00 of your library overdue fines. The class that brings the most by Oct 30 will get a classroom Halloween party on Tues, Oct 31!!!  Please bring boxes of Macaroni and Cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Here's your chance to win a jar of candy! Just come into the library and check out or renew a book, pay overdue fines, or return/pay for a lost book, and you can guess how much candy is in the jar. The person who guesses the closest will win the jar of candy on Oct. 31.
  • Report cards go out on Friday through your English classes. If you don't have an English class on campus, you will be able to pick up your report card in the counselor' office.
  • School picture retakes are next Tuesday, October 24th. These will take place during both lunches and DDD. Club pictures are Monday, October 30, during advisory. These will take place in the old gym.
  • There will be a 9th grade pep rally today during advisory.  Please release all 9th grade cheerleaders, dancers and band members at 12:10 to prepare for the pep rally. 9th graders only will be released to go to the junior high pep rally during DDD.  If you have a 9th grade DDD class, please escort your students to the junior high gym.  Students pulled for intervention will still need to report to intervention.
  • Blankets are not allowed to be worn in the hallways and/or classroom during the instructional day.
