Announcements for January 31, 2024
- For lunch today: Cheeseburger, tossed salad, seasoned carrots, fresh fruit and juice/milk.
- For breakfast tomorrow: Sausage roll up, fruit and milk/juice.
- After February 15, shipping & handling charges will be added to all cap & gown unit orders making the units $50.00 plus tax. If the school or student is mailing these orders in, we must have them in hand by February 15th to order them without the price increase. If you are not sure if you have ordered your cap and gown, come to the office and see Mrs. Huett.
- Are you looking for a new hobby this year? Something to keep you active and impress your friends and family? Try color guard! Come learn how to march, dance, perform, spin, and toss during spin club after school on Monday, January 29th, and every Monday after that until April. Anyone that will be on the MHS campus in the 2024-2025 school year is eligible to audition. Come see Mrs. Davis in room 107 for more details.
- The Jr. Class will be having a bake sale at Sr. Night this Friday night, Feb. 2, at Devil Dog arena. Profits from the bake sale will go towards the Jr./ SR. Prom. Juniors, please sign up on the spreadsheet sent out to you to bring something to the bake sale that night or you can bring by Mrs. Spivey's room on Friday. We need lots and lots of yummy homemade goodies!!!
- It's time for Blind Date with a Book! Find a potential book match in the library, read the book, fill out the Rate Your Date bookmark, and return the bookmark by March 4 for your chance to win a prize!
- Do you have talent? The MHS Has Talent talent show is coming up on March 8. Pick up your entry form in the library and return it by March 1. The winner of the talent show will win a $50 cash prize!
