*Seniors that would like to submit a senior photo are welcome to do so! You may send those photos to Mr. Denning (in Room 111). Students should try to have those photos submitted by November the 26th.
*There are a couple of contests going on in the library. Guess how much candy is in the jar when you make a library transaction for your chance to win the jar of candy. Find the scary clues hidden in the library for your chance to win some candy.
*9th graders: we will be attending a career fair on November 6th. If you would like to attend, sign-up sheets are in the counselor’s office. Check your email from Mrs. Atkins for more details.
*The MHS Blood Drive will be next Wednesday, Nov 5th, from 9:00-2:00 in HB White. If you would like to donate, you may sign up for an appointment in Nurse Black's office. You must be at least 16 years old. Service hours will be given for all donors.
*UACCM Workforce Center is doing a presentation in HB White during DDD. This will be beneficial if you are interested in Auto Service Technology, Welding, HVAC, Industrial Maintenance and Mechanics Technology.
*Win a free donut party by bringing canned vegetables to your first period class!! The Harvest of Hope Food Drive begins Monday, November 3, and will go through November 21st. The first period class that collects the most will get a donut party! You can also earn up to 5 community service hours! Every 10 canned vegetables that you bring equals 1 service hour. If you don't need the service hours, you can turn your cans in to the library to waive your overdue fines. 1 can = up to $1.00. Your cans will count toward your 1st period total.
