The safe rooms at MPS, MES, MIS, and Devil Dog Arena will be available to members of the community in the event the tornado sirens go off in the Morrilton area during the night.
The safe rooms are available to members of the community when students are not present at school.

April is National Poetry Month! This is a marvelous opportunity to celebrate the expressiveness, delight, and pure charm of poetry as well as the integral role of poets and poetry in our cultures. On Saturday, April 1st, two scholars from the group of Spanish students representing Morrilton High School at the Arkansas Foreign Language Teachers Association State-Wide competition proved to be the very best in Poetry.
Jennifer Rauda Trujillo earned 1st Place in Spanish Advanced Reading and 1st Place in Poetry Level 3, and Gabriela Camarillo earned 1st Place in Poetry Level 2.

April 3rd Calendar of Events:


The SCCSD is extremely grateful to have saferooms for all of our students and staff during inclement weather during the school day. Thank you to the SCCSD Learning Community for providing these saferooms!


The SCCSD has been given the all-clear from Conway County EMS and students and staff are returning to class from the saferooms.
All the staff and students did a great job during this inclement weather event.
The SCCSD will dismiss grades K-12 today at 3:25 p.m.
